KARL AUTO GROUP CELEBRATE 250 SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN | ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, TEST DRIVE, LEASE, FINANCING APPLICATION, VEHICLE SERVICE, OR OTHER TRANSACTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase or improve an entrant's chances of winning.
All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will have an equal chance of winning.
Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received.
SPONSOR
The Karl Auto Group Celebrate 250 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Karl Auto Group, 1101 SE Oralabor Road, Ankeny, Iowa 50021 ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the State of Iowa who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and possess a valid driver's license.
Winner must be a legal resident of Iowa at the time of entry and prize award and must provide proof of residency upon request.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and affiliated companies are not eligible.
For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family members" include spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings, mothers-in-law, fathers-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and any person residing in the same household.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins June 9, 2026 and ends July 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible individuals may enter by one of the following methods:

- Facebook Entry
- In-Store Entry
- Authorized Karl Auto Group Event Entry
- Mail-In Entry

Mail-in entries must be received by July 17, 2026 to be eligible.
To be eligible, all entries must include:
- Full Legal Name
- Street Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- Closest Karl Auto Group dealership location
All methods of entry are free and provide equal odds of winning. No entry method provides a greater chance of winning than any other entry method.
NO DEALERSHIP VISIT OR TRANSACTION REQUIRED
Visiting a dealership location, obtaining a vehicle appraisal, requesting a quote, test driving a vehicle, submitting a credit application, purchasing or leasing a vehicle, servicing a vehicle, attending a sales presentation, or participating in any sales-related activity is not required to enter or win.
Engaging in any such activity will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
ENTRY LIMIT
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, multiple social media accounts, or multiple mailing addresses may result in disqualification of all associated entries.
FRAUDULENT ENTRIES
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries, uses multiple identities, uses automated systems, bots, scripts, AI-generated entry systems, provides false information, or otherwise attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may verify entrant information using names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, IP addresses, timestamps, and other identifying information.
Sponsor's determination regarding eligibility and validity of entries shall be final.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a twenty-four (24) month prepaid lease on a new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, stock number 31008, or an equivalent vehicle if stock number 31008 is unavailable at the time of award.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason.
Lease includes:
- Twenty-four (24) month term
- 10,000 miles per year (20,000 total miles)
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $24,483.15
LEASE QUALIFICATION
Winner must qualify as an S tier through Ally Financial under its standard underwriting, credit, and lease approval requirements. Those not qualifying for the top tier will have the option of paying the difference or opting for the cash alternative.
The lease includes all taxes and fees and the first year's registration of $516.00. The customer will be responsible for the second years registration fee.
Customer is responsible for insuring the vehicle and any excess wear & tear and mileage over the allowed miles of 20,000 at the rate of .25/mile and a $395 disposition fee if turning in.
Estimated starting mileage of 3792, and end of term mileage of 23,792. These are estimates, and the starting and ending mileage are subject to change.
If the selected winner does not qualify, declines the lease, or is unable to complete lease documentation, Sponsor will award a cash alternative of $5,000.
WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes, title fees, registration fees, insurance, fuel, maintenance, repairs, excess mileage charges, excess wear-and-tear charges, lease-end obligations, and any other costs associated with operation or possession of the vehicle.
Vehicle must be returned in acceptable condition pursuant to the Ally lease agreement.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted live on July 24, 2026 during Sips and Songs in The District in Ankeny, Iowa.
In the event of inclement weather, the drawing shall be conducted at Karl Chevrolet, 1101 SE Oralabor Road, Ankeny, Iowa 50021, on the same date unless otherwise announced by Sponsor.
Winner need not be present to win.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor may use the period between the close of entries and the drawing date to verify entries, investigate duplicate or fraudulent entries, and confirm eligibility requirements.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner using the contact information provided during entry.
Winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of notification.
ALTERNATE WINNER
Sponsor may select an alternate winner if the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to provide proof of eligibility, fails to qualify through Ally Financial and declines the cash alternative, fails to complete required documentation, or fails to take delivery by July 31, 2026.
PRIZE REDEMPTION
Winner must complete all required documentation and take delivery of the prize vehicle on or before July 31, 2026.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, Ally Financial lease documents, and tax reporting documents required by law.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as the winner, Sponsor may use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, image, voice, video recordings, statements, city of residence, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, promotional, publicity, and trade purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, print advertising, press releases, television, radio, and other marketing materials.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to participate in reasonable promotional activities requested by Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes and prize award.
The winner agrees that such use may occur without additional compensation, notification, approval, or consideration except where prohibited by law.
Winner may be required to execute a separate Publicity Release prior to receiving the prize.
TAX REPORTING
Sponsor reserves the right to issue any tax forms required by law. Winner is solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from acceptance of the prize or cash alternative.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Karl Auto Group, Ally Financial, Chevrolet, General Motors LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor's decisions concerning all matters related to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

Requests for the winner's name must be submitted within sixty (60) days following the drawing to:

GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
